  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: After receiving the RMA number, carefully package the product and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that:
